Hi,
I found this info from the web. I think this is quite useful info especially those who are considering to take up positions in ADNOC group. It gives you insights of type of compensations for each job grade type. It is dated 2008 but I found it quite close to present package.

Cool,

Personally I think the best way to get any job in ADNOC group is thru headhunters. I had mine from one of them.
Thru them the package bargaining will be much easier and you will be made aware of what to haggle and how much can you push. These people have a good relationship with HR so they can sell you quite easily.
However you can still apply directly to them if you know what to expect.
