By signing up for an account and/or posting a comment or forum topic in this site, you agree to be part of the
our community. As a community members, there are certain expectations that need to be adhered to in order to keep the community's integrity strong.

Thus, as a community member you agree to the following General rules:

Be civil. You agree not to disparage anyone for any reason. You can disagree, but be respectful.
If you are not interested in a topic or think someone is asking a silly question, just move onto another post instead of insulting or mocking them.
No Spam. You agree not to spam other members of the community in any way. This includes forum posting, comments, personal messages, or through the contact form. Spam includes any message repeatedly sent that is off the topic of the site.
Legitimate User Names and email addresses. Since spammers tend to use...weird user names, you agree to use a 'relatively' normal username and email address. (ie. tzzeegrrs, seller, websales or trader aren't a normal usernames. It's too spammy.) This is done to help prevent spam attacks on the site only, and not meant to punish any legitimate users.
You agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws.
No adult material.
If you wish to advertise your website or business please visit our Advertisement page. Do NOT post such adverts to the Forum, Classifieds, your user signature. This applies to the promotion of any websites or forums similar in nature to Abu Dhabi Living.
Access to internet in UAE is behind a content filter. While we respect the right to free speech, any content that could lead to this site being filtered will be removed without notice.
Site Admins will be allowed to edit or delete any post (forum topic, comment, classified...) with out prior notice.
You may receive emails from our stite every while (newsletter, reminder, top news...) max four emails per month.
You will keep a valid email address in your profile at all times.

Classified Posting Rules:

All posted items should be combined with local telephone number, any
international number will be deleted without prior notice.
Ads for pets are forbidden.
Ads for Electronics with SPAMMY content are forbidden, there are no
iPad for 199$....
Abu Dhabi Living team reserve the rights to delete any Ad that we
suspected as SPAM.
Ads will be automatically posted to our
Facebook Fan Page and Our
Twitter.

Events Listing Rules

All Events should be provided with full details, any missing
information, the event will not be considered.
Events listing should be approved by the admins before it get
published.
Only events within UAE will be approved.
Admins reserve the rights to approve or deny any Event listing
request.
This service is totally FREE of charge.

Failure to comply with these simple guidelines may result in a tersely worded email, post or comment deletion, or banishment from the site for a period of time or indefinitely, including termination of the user's account.
